Tuning into your frequency and differentiating between the ego voice and intuitive voice can provide productive insights to access your wellness protocol and well-being. You are the healer you’ve been waiting for and Taryn can help facilitate your goals and healing journey. You can choose from one or multiple paths. Taryn can help you find your way.

  • It first begins with a consultation. Over the phone, we discuss questions you have in your life right now - areas where you are seeking advice. Based on the conversation we put together a customized protocol for your path forward. It could be just 1-1 coaching. It could include an occasional hands-on energy healing session. The guidance from the unseen realm will assist in lighting the right way for you. Ideally, you will walk away feeling like you’ve just had a huge hug.

  • A transformational coaching session is where traditional life coaching meets ancient wisdom in order to transform your life; raise your consciousness, and find more peace and love in your heart. It has a spiritual bend and has an aspect of alternative healing. The goal is to have you walk away from a session feeling a little more invigorated, motivated, and inspired - moving the needle of quality change in your life forward.

  • Mental health therapists are licensed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Therapists tend to focus on past events and understanding what occurred to get to this place.

    Coaches are not licensed and therefore cannot diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaches are more goal orientated, looking to the future and helping support achievement of those goals.

  • REIKI is a Japanese form of energy healing where the practitioner uses her hands to transfer universal energy. This is done through the palms or hands-on.

    Taryn is a REIKI master and has studied the Usui REIKI lineage, however, in Taryn’s session, she also leverages her channeling gifts to provide energy healing from your own unique guidance.

    Session are currently available over Zoom as distance healings or in-person at your home.

  • No problem. You don’t have to believe it. It’s always all about free will. However, you do have to believe you are ready and open for change. If you don’t want to give Taryn permission to connect with your team of light, that is OK. She will work with you with the same coaching tools and principles for your desired goals.
